-

Goofbread🍌😸 since when do you music at all
-
Inkfish 72 I took 4 years of band, and used to watch a lot of videos
this year I finally retired -
Goofbread🍌😸 <.>_<.> how interesting
-
Inkfish 72 Mm yes did I never tell you this??
-
Goofbread🍌😸 the guitar is meant to increase the intensity of the song, without it it just sounds a little blah
-
Goofbread🍌😸 don’t think so
-
Inkfish 72 True, but you should definitely add it to create a climax, with the beginning of the song warming up to the beat, then add the guitar as the song progresses, perhaps before the beat kicks in to the main melody, say around the middle of the song
my dad is also in a traditional band as well, he works with a lot of guitars as he’s a heavy metal band
but if you wanna go for more with a sick beat, I’d add the guitar as it progresses
-
Inkfish 72 Also d a m n .
i played keyboard instruments and the trombone -
Goofbread🍌😸 <_>
-
Goofbread🍌😸 because it’s not a major part of the front layer of instrumentals (it’s not a consistent hit) I’d prefer to keep it just because without it I feel like it’s not as impactful, but what I’m doing is removing it after that impact part and then i’ll sporadically add it back
-
Inkfish 72 Okay, maybe you could lower the volume? if it’s not going to be the main, maybe make it a few decibels lower
-
Goofbread🍌😸 fair
