Unfortunately with me I’m almost always anxious. I have severe social anxiety and I struggle in big crowds. So mix that with school and having to walk around a bunch of people I honestly never know if someone is gonna beat my ass over nothing. Ig Christmas has me sorta anxious. Seasonal depression is a thing so that doesn’t help lmao

@Duchess I have bad anxiety, so its hard to not think about it. I try and think of others things. But I bottle it up.

@Thetruepath I know what you mean about being anxious. I think it is helpful to know you cant control how people act or feel about you in any scenario, so when it comes to interacting with people, it’s best to focus on the experience and actually being happy doing it.

@Kumi Singing is actually really nice to do lol. It is calming and helps focus on something else.

@Duchess I bottle them up because any time I talk about how I feel I get shut down. I talked about how I’m being picked on for no reason by a couple mods, and every time the post gets locked.
