my phone literally will not turn on. no dead battery sign, it was on charge. and now it’s just fucking unresponsive and does literally nothing

if you can, take the back off and remove the battery and then put it back, my moms phone does that a lot and that always fixes it

i figured out how to get the back off. but what about the battery

@Thetruepath Just pull it out and maybe dust it off with your hand
then put it back in -
@Thetruepath Some batteries are built in. If you don’t clearly see it when you take off the back, that’s likely what it is.
