My friends are leaving, and I don't know how...to feel.

I’ve been around MPP for a long time, probably since 2018 or so, and I’ve had a lot of friends come and go since then. Now that I have MPPC, I’ve learned that some more might be leaving.

First, before I even had MPPC and was just a baby member of MPP, I had a friend named Spoder. She was like a mom to me. I met her through an old Mafia RP that we had going. (Cringe, I know.) I remember using one of my first OCs, “Fay.” We were good friends. Seeing her online was the highlight of my day. She left a few years after I met her. Probably around 2019/2020. I wish she’d come back. See how much I’ve changed and how much things in general have changed.

Then there was Phoenix. (Not Infina-Phoenix, though.) (We called him Pheo, oftentimes.) I didn’t see Pheo as much. They left about 3-4 years ago. We would have the occasional RP, but honestly, we would mostly just chat. He was a good guy, to be honest.

Then there was Kaito. We would do RPs when we would see each other, as well. We often had a criminal duo RP style, which were…fun. I miss that, sometimes. He was pretty chill. Then things happened, and I’m honestly not sure if he’s still around on MPP/MPPC anymore.

Then there was Shadow. (Not Son of Satan, God of Death.) He was…interesting. We would also RP if we were both on at the same time. We often weren’t though. But things happened, and our relationship with each other changed, and he started to become more…I don’t want to say ‘possessive,’ but I don’t know how else to describe it. He would get upset when I RP with other guys on MPP. Then he left. I wasn’t really…upset by that. After the ‘possessiveness,’ he started being like that more often, which made me uncomfortable, so it was kind of like I was able to breathe again.

Then, there was Harper Shot. She was…Oh my god, she was awesome. I looked up to her so much. Her characters were so badass, it was just…It’s hard to describe. She always had awesome stories to go along with. She helped me create the backstory for my name/character, “Desdemona.” Then she and the others (who I’ll get too) took a break from MPP and we moved to Discord. Then I had to get rid of it, because my mom was afraid of predators on Discord reaching out to me. I was never able to get my old account back, so I have no more contact with them.

Then there was Zeri/Jinx. They were super chill, and she would RP with me and Harper and CatBlepBoi. They had just the silliest and goofiest characters. They were honestly so kind. I found out during a VC one night that they lived in Illinois, which was pretty close to me. But I knew that if I ever asked my parents to go see them that they would freak out because they had no idea who she was. I also had contact with her through Discord. Miss you, girlie pop. You were chill.

Then there was CatBlepBoi. He was pretty chill. I didn’t see him as much, but he was funny. He was just the quirky side character that was in love with the chaotic neutral protagonist. Just a puddle cat in the BATIM art style. He was just- he was kind and funny. He was willing to listen if you needed to talk. I saw him a few months ago, but he said he wasn’t going to come back. He reached out to me on MPP as an Anonymous, and he explained who he was and what he was doing. He never came back.

Then there was Shadow-Son of Satan, God of Death. I’m pretty sure he still comes on now and then, but he hasn’t been online for…a while. Shadow if you see this man, come back. We miss you. (Not tryna be sappy. Now shut up.)

Now, I might get a lot of hate for this one, but if anyone remembers Menace/Kazai Hugo? Yeah. He was chill. We would RP a lot as well. But then he got a girlfriend and was doing stuff to help him later in life that he wanted to do. So…uh yeah. I don’t think he’s on anymore. Miss you, man.

Then there was Winnie. She decided to just up and leave today. She was…something. She was a lot, but I loved her as a friend. She was just like me, and we got along extremely well. She was just a silly goofy guy, who didn’t worry about much. A happy-go-lucky soul. I wish I could have been more like her. @Winnie_the_Bitchless, if you see this, if you can, it was good knowing you while it lasted.

Now I have the threat of @Charlie_Offical_From_Hazbin_Hotel leaving. She was just like all the rest-silly people who were easy to talk to and RP with, who we would send memes to, or just do the dumbest shit in stories. If you see this Charlie, please don’t leave. We’ll miss you.

I’d die for a lot of the people I listed. They are/were so kind and I honestly miss them a lot. I’m sorry for this being long, but it’s just put into perspective how many people I know have left, and it kind of hurts. I usually don’t get so sappy in vents, but…yeah. Words are hard. I honestly love the people I listed (platonically and strictly as friends), and miss them.

Also, I understand that things happen and people can’t stay, but it’d be nice if we could get more than a single post saying: ‘I’m leaving MPP. Bye.’
I understand that people have lives and move on.
I understand that people are busy and can’t get online anymore.
All I’m saying is…An explanation would be nice instead of a simple ‘goodbye.’

Im crying right now, Im really crying right now. This day is literally the worst ever. 2024 is the year Of people leaving. To everyone who thinks crying is for “babies”, shut the fuck up. we are crying because we are powerful and we go through alot. If you and other people quit too. I might quit aswell. The days without winnie and charlie are gonna be bad. They’re the reason the GC’s always were alive, they were fun talking to, they were funny. But this day is here to ruin it. I’d do anything to see them atleast one time.
