what just happened?

i preffer to tell this here, as i feel better posting this here, what happened recently was not very good for me, my phone broke completely, not from a cracked screen or something else inside, i dont know why it happened, i just remember checking the hour on my phone, then seeing notifications and stuff, then the background went black when i turned it off and on again, i could not do anything, it then reseted completely and i lost everything.
