@Wubbrle-the-Wubble Okay, If you’re still experiencing it, If you have a pair of headphones, Try to use those and listen to music to blockage the background that’s scaring you. If you don’t, Maybe try to get under the blankets if you have any, And then start humming and random tune that you like. And if that doesn’t work, Maybe try breathing in and out, In and out, And then get a glass of water to help you calm down from it. I hope it stops soon!
