Maybe you should just try it out and if it doesn’t work out for you just politely ask to cancel the therapy appointments.
I think an upside for therapy is that you can also use to discuss other issues that may be stressing you out beyond the
sa.Also I honestly understand the idea of opening up to strangers is certainly uncomfortable, but therapists are trained to listen and give advice.
Again you can always talk to close friends and family about your situation and it would have the same effect.

@Petrol-Consumer no i get it- i appreciate the thought i just dont like talking to my family about things like this but im sorry that kinda came off as bitchy (im running on like less than 8 hours of sleep which i cannot function on- so im not there-)
