Multiplayer Piano is Unhealthy

@Bheese-Cinematic-Universe yes

Hri7566 Couldn’t agree more. I have tried to uplift the site but the amount of people who legit don’t care about the community just dragged it down. It’s so unfortunate. I used to play piano every day on MPP. I couldn’t thank the site enough for expanding my music knowledge. But soon I had just not visited the site as much. I’m not sure you know, but a real charmer decided to impersonate me using disgusting spam to ruin my name. After those months of trying to ignore it, I gave up. They stopped, but every time I come back, arguments after arguments happen. I hope and pray for the community to have a comeback. But it will take a ton of brave and patient users to do so.

@Duchess We are planning that exact comeback you are looking for my friend.

I agree totally, though I’m not entirely sure how we’re supposed to come back from this. I feel like a definite change of power in who has control over what would definitely be in order, since as far as I know, both owners of “The Roleplay Room” are teenagers. I also don’t know if we should necessarily remove the chat feature, but I know we should move the roleplay portion of it to another site, as MPP has lost it’s meaning entirely over the few months I’ve been gone. I used to come here to play piano all the time, now the main rooms I go to hang out at have that disabled, which doesn’t make sense to me.

@Duncan-Away im just gonna say

If you think about it, the bots themselves sort of encourage Roleplaying and other enjoyment away from playing Piano. From mining to earning virtual money to kissing to slapping to killing to licking to yeeting, the built-in bots sort of encourage this kind of behavior as a whole.
https://www.multiplayer-orchestra.com/ is an AMAZING website I found for actual piano playing. It’s more interactive, it has more instruments, more high quality piano, etc. There’s no roleplaying, no monarchies or armies of rebellious people. That’s the site where you wanna go for real, non-toxic piano with friends. I suspect that in the next few years that site will catch on for serious piano people. Eventually, like Hri7566 said, MPP will probably be a thing of the past. Multiplayer Orchestra, on the other hand, might have a different story for the future…

I told you a group of statement but you didn’t provide any solutions

I totally agree not I told you

@Laws Someone playing megalovania on a violin while someone is spamming piano sounds and one dude with an actual talent trys to play and gets overplayed by everyone else
Sounds fun! Can’t wait

Problem is is that you can’t stop children from going onto here, seeing as some people have nothing else to do with their time except be annoying and make others want to go braindead.

They have a cult following consisting of other young teens. In recent times, they have grown akin to removing anyone from the room without reason. Supposedly, they even created a bot program with explicit commands.
We all know who this is
