@xay-is-hot-stfu I mean, you don’t have to be a good artist or be even remotely talented at art to draw out your feelings. Happiness can be flowers or smiley faces or even scribbles depicting how happy you are. Sadness can be water droplets, clouds, or even more scribbles depicting a cloud of negative emotion. It really depends how you see and define your feelings and how they come out to you.
