What keeps you motivated/focused to complete a task?

The result of the task. Whether it’s being able to lay down on my bed with my phone or being able to watch tv without bother. It could literally be as simple as getting time to myself.

For example, I need to wash dishes but I don’t want to, so to make myself do it, I think about the fact I can make myself a quick snack when I’m done.

Ohh that is actually…pretty good advice for myself honestly. I’ve been struggling to work on a few things and need the motivation asap lol
