Anxiety movements?

Mine in particular:
Nail picking (not chewing)
Finger popping
Finger stretching??
Not an anxiety thing but a habit, kind of just happens: Head tilting, neck popping
Elbow popping (yeah… don’t question it)
SHOULDER popping
Water drinking (Also a boredom and hungry habit) -
@Namira Cleaning is my #1 anxiety cope. In public when I have to talk to people (anxiety moment), I put my hands together in front of me like im getting my picture taken. It makes me look so awkward and stiff lol

@Namira Well… when people think I’m lying or something-
Yeah so back to the title of this post, Usually I get a bit nervous and i dont directly look at people, I look at them and 2 seconds later Boom, and I’m also sweating a bit if that happens, so yeah.
And I say “Um” or “Uhm…” more often.

@Namira getting sick, i usally squeeze my thumb, in class i usually just out my leg under my bottom, but at home i lift up my leg when i get to bed.

@Namira I like to inflict somewhat of a pain somewhere on my body to focus on that. I guess it helps distract me from whatever is stressing me out. I actually cut my nails really short because I scratched myself really bad while I was at the dentist.
It’s nothing too bad considering I don’t get anxious as often as other people though.
