Realizing I have a problem. [TW: Drugs, etc]

I realize I have a problem. .An Addiction problem.

This year hasn't been the greatest for me, and I've had a lot of stress and emotions piling up.
I've almost completely stopped taking care of myself properly, I can barely find the energy to do something.
I recently had an Emotional/Mental Breakdown and I ended up relapsing on drugs. I haven't had a relapse since. .2021? 2022? Somewhere along those years. .I realize I have a problem. .And I don't know what to do anymore.

As a result of relapsing, I ended up attempting.

And that's when I realized I had a serious problem.

@A38 I am doing somewhat better now, they put me on some watch thingy for a bit so I ended up missing my graduation [I didn't wanna go either way]. But I'm doing better now, I hope you're day/night is good :]
