Any advice for moving past academic burnout?
-
I just have a lot going on right now, and while I’m proud of what I have going on, I’m just feeling super drained by it at the same time. :>
Any help is welcomeeee- -

All I can really say is maybe try and acknowledge that burnout isn’t a sign of weakness and it’s just your mind and body asking for a break. You need to at least try and take a break and step away from the academic tasks just for a bit or not do as much. Or maybe you could try and study in a different environment? I don’t know. All I know what you can do is take a break for a bit and SLEEP. And I’m glad your saying something about it because talking about it could help as well.

𝜗𝜚 rylie I really appreciate the tips, but I fear I can’t take a complete break, per se, because while I’m technically ahead of the benchmark, I’m still behind–I have overdue stuff I need to do, and it’s killing my mind. 5 ASL and like 4 history ones. I can do the normal stuff, it’s just killing me right now.
