Any advice for moving past academic burnout?

I just have a lot going on right now, and while Iβm proud of what I have going on, Iβm just feeling super drained by it at the same time. :>

All I can really say is maybe try and acknowledge that burnout isnβt a sign of weakness and itβs just your mind and body asking for a break. You need to at least try and take a break and step away from the academic tasks just for a bit or not do as much. Or maybe you could try and study in a different environment? I donβt know. All I know what you can do is take a break for a bit and SLEEP. And Iβm glad your saying something about it because talking about it could help as well.

ππ rylie I really appreciate the tips, but I fear I canβt take a complete break, per se, because while Iβm technically ahead of the benchmark, Iβm still behindβI have overdue stuff I need to do, and itβs killing my mind. 5 ASL and like 4 history ones. I can do the normal stuff, itβs just killing me right now.
