i cant sit still and i feel like im constantly being watched. im paranoid and stressed out and i dont ever feel fully safe. im tired but i cant sleep and im hungry but i feel nauseated so i dont want to eat

if you genuinely believe this go tell a medical professional and ask for help and potentially antipsychotics

im better now but it was really bad to the point where i was starving and didnt wanna eat and i didnt look forward to any events going on that normally i’d be really excited for
