My step dad rented an Hellcat and we drove up and down the coast - went to the beach - stopped at various restaurants.

While me and my girlfriend were hugging and looking at the beautiful sites of the coast - my stepdad played romantic music.

on my way outside to take out the trash I heard rustling in the woods and I saw a dog burst through the brush and towards me lol

I’m currently in the backyard playing with her. I have her on a cable so she’s not going anywhere…

While i was at school today - I was heavily depressed and suicidal because I heard that my friend was being mistreated even worse.

All throughout the day on top of thinking about that - My knee hurts - and I twisted my ankle playing football today (even though I scored 4 touchdowns - and 1 buzzer beater right before the game ended causing us to win)

My teachers had to constantly yell at me to wake up because of the lack of sleep I have been getting over the past few days.

Luckily I didn’t get ISS or OSS -

I presume they knew that I was depressed and I had some thoughts circulating around in my head.

Ever since I got home I’ve taken 2 tylenol but that won’t do anything… I’ve tried taking a nap but that’s not helping me at all…

At this point I honestly give up.

I don’t know what to do…

this is the worse I’ve felt in months
