It really depends on the extent you’re pressured into something, and the amount of time you’re told to do it. That’s the part that can become toxic / unhealthy. I don’t know those details, but you can decide on that. Also, anyone who supports conversion of religion will of course want to spend a long period of time to get you to like their practice.
