The mod team and I had a little chat today, and we came to the conclusion that we are in need of perhaps one more wide eye to help keep this site moderated and under somewhat control.

How do you think you can help the mod team be effective?:
I’m online pretty much all the time and I have a good understanding of leadership on the site due to being in a similar position in the past.

What are some good leadership traits:
Someone thats assertive, neutral, honest, accountable, someone who can communicate with ease, and someone whos committed, but also leads with humility.
How many hours/days are you able to be online per week?:
Everyday for about 5-8 hours
Have you had any previous moderation experience?:
I was a room operator in TRR for 6 months before I took a mental health break and just never returned to the mpp website.
(Bonus) Who is your favorite moderator/admin, and why do you look up to them?:
(Not trying to suck up I promise) But tbh Presto, I want to be able to lead like that one day whether its here or for an IRL sport

I am online everyday mostly, I also have a few soft skills that could help, like adapting, confidence and empathy. Therefore I can give a helping hand.

5-6 days a week.

Yes, I have moderated a couple of Discord servers before.

How long have you been a part of this community: Well, I’ve been on MPPC a few weeks/months after it was created, but as for MPP, several years now; I want to say over 4+ maybe?
How do you think you can help the mod team be effective?: I’m typing as I think, everything is unscripted, so to be honest? No clue. I’m thinking that since I’m here so often, I can manage offensive posts when I catch them (depending on severity), random arguments, and basically just the few silly little goofs that happen here. I’ve aged since my last usage of moderation of sorts, so I will absolutely do better than previously.
Have you ever been muted or banned, if so, what for?: When I was young, around 11, and I was on mpp, I’d get frustrated easily, and I’d do dumb things like spam just because I was getting ignored. Other times, dumb arguments for no reason. Again, though, I was younger then.
What are some good leadership traits?: I’m not good at talking about myself and/or my personality, so I couldn’t tell you if I wanted to. All I know I can do is sort problems and… Just that, really.
How many days/hours are you able to be online per week?: It varies, and the days change. I have a 3rd period class and a 2nd period class, both on different days, that I can’t be on until class ends, and each class is an hour and 30 minutes long. Generally, though, as I’m sure many of you have noticed, I am online.
Have you had any previous moderation experience?: Absolutely! I did such as an operator in TRR a few years ago, where I mainly banned individuals who abused the room rules.(BONUS): I like all moderators, but if I had to say, it’s you, Presto. :) You really remind me of my uncle (age 22), and just like you, he’s really cool, and is a person I feel can relate to most of my problems, and is overall fun to talk to.

not afraid of confrontation, on often, will listen if anyone has any issues with someone on the site, or just needs to talk in general

everyday, 3-8 hours daily

yes, i used to run a blog site last year, which i have since deleted as the person i made it with didnt want to continue it
(Bonus) Who is your favorite moderator/admin, and why do you look up to them?: Duchess, she has been nothing but nice to me and listened when i’ve needed to vent about something, she’s even helped me with a past realtionship i had

Like maybe 4 months
I will be very active on here, look at every post to make sure nothing bad happens, and tbh idk what else
People told me I was banned when I wasn’t on(during the summer) idk what for though
Taking action and do the right thing.
Hours in a day: 6-7, and if i get lucky maybe 7-8
Days I’m on: literally everyday besides the weekend.Mod experience: nope

What are some good leadership traits: Emotional intelligence, I feel like there would be no drama on mppc if people could control their emotions on the post.

(Bonus) Who is your favorite moderator/admin, and why do you look up to them?: Shazz_ He is always so nice, but still can be nice when people start drama, And some mods cant do that like him.…
Honestly, the only reason why i wanna become a mod is too help with the drama and peoples mental state. The drama on mppc has become low, but its now just stupid and annoying. I helped with the laws and the lav drama.
Fun fact: i was the one who told mods about how lavender was being weird-
With mental state. From the years i have been here, i have seen that people tend to not do so well bc of them being sad or mad. I know a lot of people here have grew up without someone to talk to (like myself) and i js wanna help.
