@Thetruepath I know what you mean about being anxious. I think it is helpful to know you cant control how people act or feel about you in any scenario, so when it comes to interacting with people, it’s best to focus on the experience and actually being happy doing it.

@Kumi Singing is actually really nice to do lol. It is calming and helps focus on something else.

@Duchess I bottle them up because any time I talk about how I feel I get shut down. I talked about how I’m being picked on for no reason by a couple mods, and every time the post gets locked.

I hate having to do public speeches [< I wouldn't call it that but its whatever]
An example of this for me, is presenting something in class or answering/asking a question.^ I usually try to have a headphone in my ear to listen to music while I talk [Mostly cause music helps with my emotions and temper]. -
