One brief suggestion: Add an additional measure, then expand the last note to be two full whole notes. Then strike the last chord again.
The part that stands out the most is how the piece is phrased in 3/4 time, but the sheet shows 4/4.
Sounds great, but it does sound too familiar as if I have heard it before.
Hope my suggestions and thoughts help. :)
