ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) are serious neurological conditions, not jokes or aesthetic trends. They should NEVER be used as a punching bag for ridicule or laughter. These conditions affect real people in profound ways, and reducing them to “silly” stereotypes harms those living with them.

Do NOT self-diagnose yourself with ASD or ADHD just because you think it’s “cool” or “funny.” These are not traits to be taken lightly, and they require professional diagnosis and care.
