so uh i've been tearing out my hair due to stress

my mom is- she- she’s…a lot- i have a thin patch in the front of my head- lowkey are there any ways to…take out my stress but not on my hairline?

@Blake there are lots of different ways to stop, so here’s some ideas I found doing some quick research.

You can also wear things like gloves, rubber bands/hairties (it’s kind of llike a ‘oh shit that’s there, wtf am i doing kind of thing’), you can also wear nail polish and try picking it off, or get like the picking fidgets. You can also pick at things like string/thread.
