- i have a thin patch in the front of my head- lowkey are there any ways toโฆtake out my stress but not on my hairline? -
@Blake there are lots of different ways to stop, so hereโs some ideas I found doing some quick research.

You can also wear things like gloves, rubber bands/hairties (itโs kind of llike a โoh shit thatโs there, wtf am i doing kind of thingโ), you can also wear nail polish and try picking it off, or get like the picking fidgets. You can also pick at things like string/thread. -
If youโve been doing it for a while, itโll definitely be harder to stop than youโd like. But just be patient with yourself. Itโs a journey. <33

@Blake yeah, so I think the point behind it was like either a gently snapping it against your wrist type thing (not too hard ofcc) or like it gets caught in your hair? Idk.
