I like… Beat up my dad 😭😭

Well no not really, he beat me up. NOT LIKE THREW HANDS. but I was so mad he had to reastrain me a little so he layed his fatass on top of me to where I couldn’t breathe. He knows claustrophobic. But it was to make sure I wasn’t a danger to him or myself.

I did throw a few punches (Weak punches might I add) tried kicking and pinching him. I ultimately just ended up crying and begging him to get off me cause I couldn’t breathe.

He wasn’t hurting me. More or less playing with me to get me to calm down.

But my little breakdown wasn’t stopping any time soon.

I’m good though I wasn’t hurt or anything haha -

Sphinx he broke my toenail in half from body slamming me to the ground

And I have a bruise on my left knuckle from punching my Wooden bed frame. But I’m okay

I wasn’t hurt again! I was just in a fit of rage

They said I might be able to see a doctor to get prescribed anxiety medication or depression medication to control my anger and relax me

And stop me from spiraling and over thinking, getting myself angrier.
