I don't know if we're multiplying or adding so from what I did, I got 41. I'm not exactly great at math I hate it actually. But I at least know how to kind of figure this out- -
{_𝐘𝐋𝐋_} Yeah, when there is an x or a y or any letter infront its multiplication

@GAME-THEORY x = 2 so 3 times 2 is 6 and then y is = 6 so 6 x 6 is 36
then you add 6+36 and you get 42 -
42 is right
