I know the other two are for number of comments and number of views, But I looked at this and it said 2 I thought it was for votes but I saw NO votes on the page I was on, on any of the comments

Does it mean how many people are on the page?

Sphinx No it means how many times a person has clicked on the post. Not necessarily how many people, more so how many clicks. Think of it as profile views.
