Lesson be learned...
Do not take more than one college programming class in the same semester.

I just unvoted all my downvotes, imagine asking why 🤔
If ever, I’ll probably be reacting with “” instead so the context of my downvoted posts can’t be tracked. Sound good? Ok.

RE: hi chat

RE: Since New Years is aroung the corner,
@finneass said in Since New Years is aroung the corner,:
Who are you glad that you met/got closer with on MPP/MPPC this year?
Duchess (known for a long time and the reason I came early), TheTruePath (thanks for the warm welcome), Error (another long-timer, missed 'em), Shazz (Romantic-Era composer!), Phoenix (oh he’s a fun one and makes songs too), and everyone else (unmentioned, but it wouldn’t be the same without you) for a wonderful community.

This has totally nothing to do about vents ;)
So, I was finally able to have a time block to practice with mpp, but I can’t record a midi of the sessions. On the bright side, the Steinway Grand has an amazing rich sound, and it sounds close to the paid Steinway Grand samples I paid about two years ago. I highly recommend trying the Steinway from the Sound selector.
And if I’m around mpp practicing (or qhy!mining), you’ll find me most often in the test/awkward room and you are welcome to join.

A little something I've been working on ;)
Last week, I spent an entire night making a short piece. This is a screenshot of the completed mixing process. -
RE: wtf kids are so cruel (TW talking about LLAW)
There was a suicide advice online community forum where everyone did nothing but encourage suicide, and to even think those places actually exist.

Funny Story because I don't like Edit marks
I posted a reply on a discussion board for a class assignment, made an edit so it left an edit mark, deleted it hoping no one replied to it.
But it turns out, someone replied to a now deleted comment 😂

@zack Ah ok, good to know.

My Vent #2 | Guess what I did!
My new (refurbished) laptop came in today! After ensuring the overall basics worked, I powered the computer down, opened it*, and dusted the two vents because this previously used model had two fans where both fins were covered in dust.
The good news is that in one of the vents, I pulled out a dust chunk which I thought was crazy!
The bad news: Sadly, I did not bother to take pictures. But just imagine there are two vents (rather than one) with the fins covered in a thin layer of dust.
*Please do not attempt this procedure on your own. For those inexperienced, opening the cover into any device poses an electrical shock risk and/or expensive property damage.
I hope you enjoyed #2 on me cleaning vents. It’s almost perplexing by how such little material can be the culprit to achieving maximum performance and longevity with computers.

I don’t want to be alone
I’m sure you don’t have to be.
Whoa, there’s that familiar theme again. I could anticipate something’s coming.

RE: Upcoming cinematic piece soon to be a release!
I got delayed, so I finished this instead. But rest assured because remastering for Hope in the Smoke is officially done.
Edit: And to clarify, I still hope to release Hope in the Smoke this month.
GUITARHERO, Hope in the Smoke may use sparse use of the brass and percussion, but this Romantic Fanfare is only brass and percussion.
