As is clear to any regular mpp.community user, there is a lot of hate going around. That's why we need YOU to make a change for the better!
As of today, Duchess and I are starting a movement For the Better here on MPP.

The main idea is that we all practice civility, and kindness in all our posts and comments. No more hatred, bullying, name calling, or insults from any party.

The foreseeable problem with this is that just telling other people to be nicer and more kind won't work.
That's why we ask YOU to make the change.

There should be an integrated way to upload/set your own color theme for mpp, including the background, text, accents, new post notifications, etc. I'm not sure how much of a coding task this would be, but it would be an amazing feature! Themes could be added to posts, and posts with themes that have the most upvotes could get suggested when picking out a theme for the site.

There should be a feature that prevents users from deleting their accounts with a certain time period after creating it. And perhaps a period of time that the same IP can create an account after deleting one. This would discourage users from doing regrettable things, with the knowledge they can just delete their account after and no one will remember in a few weeks. Plus, it helps keep users who aren't online as often (like me) in the loop, because people arent switching accounts every time their heart beats. This new rule would go well with a "no-alts" rule imo. As a bonus, there wont be so many "former user" accounts.
