stay strong, you’ve been through alot. sometimes you may see others and think “they got it worse” but even “small” things can make an impact personally. its big to you, and its okay its big. it just means you’re strong.

and its okay to cry, that also means you’re strong. you choose to show your emotions instead of hide it. you show vulnarability, thats a strong thing.

Drink lots of water and push yourself to eat. Drinking water helps you be in your mindset and feel better. And some foods can help you feel better (comfort foods)

Gamizavier i just mixed the random stuff they said to mix, i passed… though i was in easy classes and it was like coke and mentos… and also we did one with vinegar and stuff with camera film containers- (it made the cap launch, we put food dye too because it snowed)
