Update on me

I am really declining, I have a therapy session in August because the therapist is really booked and it’s a family therapist… I heard she’s really good at what she does but I feel that the therapy is too far away…
I had a fight with my dad…
And I’ve been hearing more consistent knocking and my parents calling my name when they aren’t around.
I’m getting more stressed by the day and more suicidal by the day.
I hope that I make it by Friday let alone by the end of this month.

i’m so sorry you’re dealing with this Sphinx. I know it’s hard to keep going, especially during times like these… but people do care about you. We’d miss you, you parents would miss you, your little sister wold miss you… if that matters much. The voices aren’t real, and you must remind yourself of that.

Sphinx a temporary problem is not worth your life. i know saying “things will get better” is mundane, but it will. therapy will help, just hang on long enough to get the help you need. you cant let the things that you hear that arent there get to you mentally. once you get therapy, things will get better. slowly, maybe, but it will. you just have to hold out until then.
