I am online everyday mostly, I also have a few soft skills that could help, like adapting, confidence and empathy. Therefore I can give a helping hand.

5-6 days a week.

Yes, I have moderated a couple of Discord servers before.

Shazz_ , because of the dedication he puts into this wonderful community. -

How long have you been a part of this community: Well, I’ve been on MPPC a few weeks/months after it was created, but as for MPP, several years now; I want to say over 4+ maybe?
How do you think you can help the mod team be effective?: I’m typing as I think, everything is unscripted, so to be honest? No clue. I’m thinking that since I’m here so often, I can manage offensive posts when I catch them (depending on severity), random arguments, and basically just the few silly little goofs that happen here. I’ve aged since my last usage of moderation of sorts, so I will absolutely do better than previously.
Have you ever been muted or banned, if so, what for?: When I was young, around 11, and I was on mpp, I’d get frustrated easily, and I’d do dumb things like spam just because I was getting ignored. Other times, dumb arguments for no reason. Again, though, I was younger then.
What are some good leadership traits?: I’m not good at talking about myself and/or my personality, so I couldn’t tell you if I wanted to. All I know I can do is sort problems and… Just that, really.
How many days/hours are you able to be online per week?: It varies, and the days change. I have a 3rd period class and a 2nd period class, both on different days, that I can’t be on until class ends, and each class is an hour and 30 minutes long. Generally, though, as I’m sure many of you have noticed, I am online.
Have you had any previous moderation experience?: Absolutely! I did such as an operator in TRR a few years ago, where I mainly banned individuals who abused the room rules.(BONUS): I like all moderators, but if I had to say, it’s you, Presto. :) You really remind me of my uncle (age 22), and just like you, he’s really cool, and is a person I feel can relate to most of my problems, and is overall fun to talk to.

not afraid of confrontation, on often, will listen if anyone has any issues with someone on the site, or just needs to talk in general

everyday, 3-8 hours daily

yes, i used to run a blog site last year, which i have since deleted as the person i made it with didnt want to continue it
(Bonus) Who is your favorite moderator/admin, and why do you look up to them?: Duchess, she has been nothing but nice to me and listened when i’ve needed to vent about something, she’s even helped me with a past realtionship i had

Like maybe 4 months
I will be very active on here, look at every post to make sure nothing bad happens, and tbh idk what else
People told me I was banned when I wasn’t on(during the summer) idk what for though
Taking action and do the right thing.
Hours in a day: 6-7, and if i get lucky maybe 7-8
Days I’m on: literally everyday besides the weekend.Mod experience: nope

What are some good leadership traits: Emotional intelligence, I feel like there would be no drama on mppc if people could control their emotions on the post.

Honestly, the only reason why i wanna become a mod is too help with the drama and peoples mental state. The drama on mppc has become low, but its now just stupid and annoying. I helped with the laws and the lav drama.
Fun fact: i was the one who told mods about how lavender was being weird-
With mental state. From the years i have been here, i have seen that people tend to not do so well bc of them being sad or mad. I know a lot of people here have grew up without someone to talk to (like myself) and i js wanna help.

Four Years, if you mean MPP as a whole.
I think we should have a bit more of a happy side, but still be strict with things we think are wrong.
I ban evaded, because I was site-banned for a faulty reason which I did not do. This lead to me being De-ranked.
The ability to not only know how to do things, but to lead others into knowing how to do those things as well. It doesn’t matter whether or not they need you in the end. If they can work well at the things you taught them without your help, then you did good as a leader.
I can be on at any time after school! This is usually after 4 PM Mountain Standard Time.
I don’t like talking about it, because it’s a bit traumatic for me.
This may sound corny, but it’s the one who made this topic. Presto! You’ve always made the correct decisions so eloquently without losing your cool, and I wanna be like that too. -

how long have you been a part of this community? - ive been apart of mppc for a few years now and i believe ive been on mpp for about 6 or 7 years.
how do you think you can help the mod team be effective? - i would help them make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. i know that ive started drama myself but theres a lot of drama that happens around mppc so i would at least try and do my best to help the mod team be able to stop the drama - as well as a lot of people like to make “alt” accounts just to try and be funny to set people off. this gets highly annoying and effective due to other making accounts and be racist, sexual, disrespectful, and a lot of other things. it would be a hard work to do but im sure that i could manage it.
have you ever been muted or banned, if so, what for? - yes, i got banned once for like a day or so bc i got banned instead of another person so when i was able to i talked to an administrator or moderator [i dont remember which one exactly] and i got it taken care of.
i did also almost get banned from past drama that happened. im sure the post is down now but i had to basically say what was going on and two people got banned from it [wont say names] but i was slightly in the middle of it so im sure i was close to getting banned but i talked to a moderator and talked to them about it and it was all figured out.what are some good leadership traits - i have a lot of good leadership traits that honestly i havent really even stopped to notice them. i always listen to others with anything that has been going on whether its a venting issue or drama and such.
im not afraid to ask questions. if something is confusing to me ill ask a question right then and there to get the right answers.
im not a follower, im a leader. i dont follow the people who do bad mistakes, i try to teach those people into going onto the path of making things better.
im not a judgmental human being. i dont look at someone and judge them. i look at someone and i try and get to know them and if they end up beginning to show me that they’re rude and nasty then ill slowly start judging them. but usually i dont even do that. “never judge a book by its cover,” is a really big fact.how many hours/days are you able to be online per week? - im usually on here when i can be. im not going to be remotely specific on how much hours a day i spend on here or how much days i do come on here. i have a huge impact on life right now that i need to try and get a hang of so i come online when i can. :)
have you had any previous moderation experience? - no, i have not. but id be honored to have the experience of being a moderator. i honestly always thought that i would/never be able to have the ability to have the chance to try and make a chance for the community and people in it but id love to have that chance. but, being a moderator is a lot to handle. its a lot of responsibility that im sure i have. im responsible when i need to be and thats rather than all the time. i mean, there are times that i havent been as responsive with the actions and things ive done but i can if i try.
[bonus] who is your favorite moderator/admin, and why do you look up to them? - to all the mods and admins that are out there id roughly have to say, shazz. shazz is an amazing moderator and has helped everyone throughout the strong power that he has. he is a talented person and an amazing person. he has helped me through such rough patches and is still willing to help with anything i ask. no matter how difficult it gets, hes always there and doesnt worry about himself half the time. shazz is like me. he looks forward instead of backwards. he makes everyone his first and top priority and puts himself in last place. but, shazz has been an amazing help to this community and i appreciate everything that he has done. i look up to him from the bottom of my heart that he wont break me down. the things he does for everyone is from every little tiny piece of his heart - and to me, thats amazing. i see so much apathy in the things he does, and its great to see how much progress he has done in life so far. thank for everything shazz, i love you.
