Music, Music keeps me motivated/Focused. Some can be peaceful to help me work quietly and othersโฆ It can cause a party but they surely help me stay focused [Unless theyโre my fav song] [But if itโs also too peaceful, iโll go to sleep]

The result of the task. Whether itโs being able to lay down on my bed with my phone or being able to watch tv without bother. It could literally be as simple as getting time to myself.
For example, I need to wash dishes but I donโt want to, so to make myself do it, I think about the fact I can make myself a quick snack when Iโm done.

Plenty (music, friends), though also thinking deeply about purpose and life history keeps me motivated through challenges.

Ohh that is actuallyโฆpretty good advice for myself honestly. Iโve been struggling to work on a few things and need the motivation asap lol
