Music, Music keeps me motivated/Focused. Some can be peaceful to help me work quietly and others… It can cause a party but they surely help me stay focused [Unless they’re my fav song] [But if it’s also too peaceful, i’ll go to sleep]

The result of the task. Whether it’s being able to lay down on my bed with my phone or being able to watch tv without bother. It could literally be as simple as getting time to myself.

For example, I need to wash dishes but I don’t want to, so to make myself do it, I think about the fact I can make myself a quick snack when I’m done.
