Any de-stress advice?

Stress has always been apart of my life and it’s gotten to a highpoint where it’s unhealthy. If there’s any advice I can get for de-stressing after something stressful please reach out to me in replies it would mean a lot to me <3

Suggestion one - Try grounding yourself on the situation. For me if I’m stressed, I have to think about what’s going on and know why it’s plaguing my mind. So basically, come to terms with what’s happening, write/type it out somewhere.
Suggestion 2 - Try talking to someone, usually nothing wrong with crashing out about something as long as you’re not hurting anyone. I’m not telling you to yell at someone who’s a part of the problem, I mean like find someone who’s open to talk and, even if you’re pissed, express what’s wrong. [Summary, express what you feel instead of bottling it up.]
