try to surround yourself by positivityโฆ My favorite thing to watch on tiktok that was positive was organizing ASMR or skincare ASMR.Now therapy is also another option, you said it doesnโt work but maybe you havenโt found the right one for you.

@davy A few months ago, whenever I was stressed or something went wrong in my life, I used to stab myself with my own nails or just take advantage of my sharp nails (Not that this is as horrible as self harm though of course.) To get past it, I cut my nails short and have kept a reasonable length on them since. My advice is to simply rid yourself of things that you use to harm yourself, blades, cigarettes, etc. Once you donโt have access to anything to harm yourself with, eventually youโll stop trying to. I also recommend chewing gum or carrying a fidget key chain with you at all times. Something to keep you busy in case you feel the need to do something to yourself (which very well could be, at all times.)
You canโt change your mindset but you can definitely change your surroundings. Take advantage of that.
