@horny_american_faggot Well it’s more of a ‘Oh hey I’m usually supposed to do this’ but like sometimes it’s ‘Oh I don’t need to this today’, In which I do it often which gets my systems confused and just get me unmotivated because I haven’t had time to think what I would’ve done if that really happened, it’s hard to explain.

I stick to a routine, and when that routine is skipped- or unneeded, I become unmotivated, like, the need to do nothing but doom scroll and do absolutely nothing like I used to do everyday, and it’s been going around 2-4pm, mostly around them times, any suggestions on what to do to remove this habit of unmotivation?
