I know that feeling pretty well

Everyone is disrespectful at my school, I hate it so much. We have a Catalan teacher who comes from Chile and my classmates won’t stop talking, screaming or not giving a fuck about her. She’s old and doesn’t comprehends French really well (which is the language we natively speak), I want it to stop someday, because if that happened then it wouldn’t be a big problem for us or the teacher, and I also cannot concentrate so that’ll help more. But whenever I ask everybody to calm down or actually shut the hell up, they won’t listen. Any tips?

@Namira Then I would think that that is rooted in how you grew up an were taught to emotionally handle situations. If you want to fix this problem, it would take a stepping back emotionally and mentally and take a breath when people irritate you. it would take a long time of mental practice and determination to change how you think, but i dont think that’s impossible. There is an video you can listen to on either spotify or youtube by HealthyGamer (Dr K) about how to change your personality, and though I dont think or what you to do that, it could have some useful information on how to change your thinking and emotionally handle irritating people.

@ゼフィラ-ヤラ It’s hard when parents have so much expectations since you cant just tell them to stop. I am sorry your mom is so much. Maybe you can talk to a teacher about your situation with your mom and how you feel stressed about getting your grades up. Maybe if they see you’re trying really hard for your mom to be satisfied, they’ll help you.
