ADHD Awareness And Autism (ASD) Awareness
@Autism-Awareness-Real @ADHD-Awareness
@Disability-and-disorders-awareness @Depression-Anxiety-Therapy @Mental-health-Awareness
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are two neurodevelopmental disorders that can present with some overlapping symptoms, leading to confusion in diagnosis and treatment. While they have distinct diagnostic criteria, there are also similarities between the two conditions.Here are some differences and Similarities to help you understand ADHD And Autism
Differences:
-
Core Symptoms: The core symptoms of ADHD include inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, while ASD is characterized by difficulties in social communication and interaction, repetitive behaviors, and restricted interests.
-
Onset: ADHD typically presents in childhood and may continue into adulthood, whereas ASD is usually diagnosed in early childhood, although it may not be recognized until later in life.
-
Cause: The causes of ADHD and ASD are different. ADHD is believed to be caused by a combination of genetic, environmental, and neurological factors, while ASD is primarily genetically determined.
-
Treatment: ADHD is commonly treated with medication and behavioral therapy, while ASD is managed through various interventions such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral modification strategies.
Similarities:
-
Neurodiversity: Both ADHD and ASD are considered neurodevelopmental disorders, meaning they result from differences in brain structure and function. They are both examples of neurodivergence, which refers to variations in cognition, learning, attention, mood, and sociability.
-
nCo-occurring Conditions: Both ADHD and ASD frequently co-occur with other mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities.
-
Diagnostic Overlap: Some individuals with ADHD may exhibit symptoms that overlap with those of ASD, making accurate diagnosis challenging. For example, individuals with ADHD may struggle with social interactions due to inattentiveness or impulsivity, while those with ASD may display hyperactive behavior due to anxiety or sensory sensitivity.
-
Stigma: Both conditions carry stigma, and individuals with either disorder may face discrimination, misunderstanding, and exclusion. Creating awareness around these conditions helps reduce stigma and promote acceptance and inclusion.
The purpose of creating an ADHD group focused on separating the differences of autism and ADHD while bringing them together as one awareness is to acknowledge and address the unique challenges faced by individuals with each condition while recognizing their shared experiences as part of the broader neurodiverse community. By raising awareness about both ADHD and ASD, we can foster understanding, empathy, and support for all neurodivergent individuals. This approach allows us to celebrate diversity, advocate for inclusive policies and practices, and encourage research aimed at improving diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for people affected by these conditions.
Join these groups to allow Awareness to these Ignored conditions.

Embracing My Identity: Exploring Demigirl
@lgbt @Trans-3
Do not express hate on this post, Instead, DM ME! you will be reported and Blocked If you do so :)
But, if you have a valid opinion, then go ahead!PS: I’ve been experimenting with gender and my sexuality since… about 2020 to 2018.
Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share an update with you all about my ongoing journey of self-discovery and expression. After some reflection and exploration, I have come to identify as demigirl. For those who may not be familiar, demigirl is a term used by individuals who partially identify as a woman or experience a partial connection to femininity, while not fully aligning with traditional definitions of womanhood.
While I continue to use both she/her and they/them pronouns, identifying as demigirl feels like the best way for me to describe my gender identity at this point in time. This label resonates with me because although I often feel connected to femininity and embrace many aspects of being a woman, there are times when trying to present solely as female just doesn’t seem to fit quite right. Nonbinary initially seemed appealing, but ultimately felt like too broad of a definition for my personal experiences.
Demigirl allows me to acknowledge and celebrate my femme side while leaving space for the parts that don’t necessarily conform to societal expectations of what it means to be a woman. It has given me greater clarity on how I wish to express myself and interact with the world around me.
As always, I am grateful for your continued support and understanding as I navigate my ever-evolving sense of self. Your kindness and openness make it easier for me to explore and understand my own feelings and identity. Thank you for supporting me during this journey! <3
- Kumi
TL;DR: I’ve discovered that I identify as a demigirl, which means I partly identify as a woman or feel a partial connection to femininity without fully aligning with traditional definitions of womanhood. While I will continue using she/her and they/them pronouns, demigirl better represents my gender identity than other labels such as cisgender woman or nonbinary. Thanks for supporting me during this journey!

Discovering my Sexuality: Asexuallity
@lgbt @Vent @Cozy-Talk
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to talk to you all today about something that has been on my mind lately related to my sexuality. While I do identify as bisexual and demigirl, I have recently realized that certain aspects of sexual content make me feel uncomfortable. Specifically, I find that watching explicit material, whether it’s online or in person, can trigger feelings of unease and disconnection.Despite these feelings, I want to emphasize that I do still experience sexual attraction and can enjoy sexual thoughts and fantasies. However, actually witnessing explicit acts, either digitally or physically, can leave me feeling strange and detached.
After doing some research and reflecting on my experiences, I began wondering if perhaps I might fall under the asexual umbrella. For those unfamiliar with the term, asexuality refers to a lack of sexual attraction towards others. There are many different ways that individuals can identify within the asexual community, including gray ace (those who rarely experience sexual attraction) and demisexual (individuals who only experience sexual attraction after forming an emotional connection).
While I haven’t yet decided for sure where I land within the spectrum of asexuality, exploring this label has felt liberating and validating for me. It’s helped me understand why certain situations make me uncomfortable and given me language to describe my experiences more accurately.
If anyone else has had similar experiences or questions about their own sexuality, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
PS: This is a space where I would like to express some my feelings without fear of judgment or inappropriate comments. I want to clarify that I did not intend to offend anyone with any previous posts, and I expect the same respect and consideration from others here.

[[Vent]] - De-Motivation
THIS IS A VENT: I seek support, not criticism or negativity regarding my experiences with my mother. Constructive feedback and kindness are appreciated; harsh words are not. Thank you for maintaining a positive atmosphere.
I grow increasingly frustrated with my mother’s constant daily criticisms and demands for improvement. Rather than acknowledging and celebrating the progress I’ve made, such as turning four F’s into A’s and B’s, she focuses solely on what still needs to be fixed. For instance, she expects me to transform a C in World History into an A or complete an incomplete assignment immediately.
Her approach is demotivating and stressful, as she fails to recognize my achievements and instead pushes me to constantly strive for perfection. This mindset has led her to threaten taking away my computer time if I don’t improve my grades from F’s to at least B’s. As a result, I find myself preoccupied with past failures and overwhelmed by the pressure to meet her expectations.

Dumbest person I've seen all day..
They treated autism like it was a gender Identity you can just label yourself as…
Also this is a real person that Identifies as an ACTA or Age change to another.It’s similar to RCTA, ECTA, or DCTA (Race change to another), (Ethnicity change to another) or (Disability change to another)
Just so you know for anyone saying,
“I’m autistic I’m being so silly”
“I’m slightly autistic tee hee I’M SO SILLY”
“I have adhd and I get a lil quirky”
“Depression makes me silly at night”or some other dumbass shit like these things are a joke, Their not.
Real people deal with shit like this and see other people saying that their acting “Silly” because they want to K*** themselves.Don’t be stupid.
Just saying. If you’re a sane human being thinking, “HMMM Let me change my Age because that sounds better to Identify with, I’m not comfortable with being (UNDERAGE) so I’ma Identify as (ADULT)” and you think this is okay? You may need to seek help.

Anatomy help
here are some that have helped me with basic anatomy :D
Firstly, With anatomy, you need to know about boxes and 3D Boxes in order to draw a torso!
Once you know how to use these boxes, you can practically use it in any turn!
Even with posing, All of the basic shapes to make up the chest, butt, and head are made out of boxes and circles!
Why don’t you try? Try drawing a box for the torso, and a box for the bottom half, then try drawing a body! For practice, I recommend using a red and blue color pencil to Identify the box from the body.
You can also use this site I use called ‘Magic poser WEB’ I use it to help with my anatomy, Either tracing certain parts I need to really learn like hands, Faces, and Torso to hip ratio, or just getting your own pose in general https://webapp.magicposer.com/
Are their any specifics you’re looking for?
